Best coffee shops in Palm Beach County
Hi friends! If you’ve been following me for a little bit, you know that I am officially a resident of Palm Beach County now (yay!), SO I thought I would start compiling a list of all of my favorite places to share with you guys.
If you’re not familiar with this area, let me tell you that the restaurant scene here is no joke (meaning, there are SO many amazing restaurants in Palm Beach County to try), so I figured I would start small and add to this list as I go. Sound good?!
I have several posts in the works, but wanted to kick it off by sharing my favorite coffee shops in Palm Beach County. I mean, the saying is “but first, coffee,” right?!ย
Whether you’re a local trying to get your caffeine fix or a visitor in search of the perfect place to fuel up for the day, I’m rounding up all of my fave coffee shops in Palm Beach County by city below so you can easily find them anywhere you go!
Favorite coffee shops in North Palm Beach
If you’re on the hunt for some of the best Colombian coffee in the area, The Groves Coffee House is the place to go! Not only do they have an extensive selection of coffee from all around the world, but they also offer pastries, sandwiches, acai bowls, smoothies, and so much more, making it the perfect lunch spot too!
We recently visited the North Palm Beach location, and I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect based on the emptiness of the plaza it’s in, but I was pleasantly surprised by how aesthetically pleasing and inviting the inside was. I almost felt like I was walking into the secret garden!
While we were there, I ordered an iced coffee and obviously had to try one of their empanadas, and it did not disappoint! They also have a cute little market with lots of goodies, so if you’re looking for a unique gift for the upcoming holidays, I would definitely check them out!

If you’re in need of a pick-me-up and want to escape reality for a little bit, this relaxing island-themed coffee shop is the place to go! As you walk through the door at Papa Kwan’s, you are immediately immersed in a tropical paradise of delicious organic coffees and unique food offerings.
We visited the North Palm Beach location, and not only was their coffee and food delish, but it was the perfect place to post up for a few hours to get some work done.
While there, I ordered the Greek avocado toast and aรงaรญ smoothie and fueled up with a good ole double shot of espresso! They also have many cold brew coffee options that are all super yummy and definitely get the job done. I would recommend trying the cold brew with rum flavoring!
Paris in Town is a charming French eatery located in North Palm Beach with specialty coffees, crepes, sandwiches, and more! It’s also the first place my husband took me to when we started dating, which obviously makes it one of my favorite coffee shops in Palm Beach.
Every time we go, you’ll likely catch me ordering an espresso and the L’istambul sandwich filled with turkey, goat cheese, and roasted peppers. It’s absolutely delicious! They also have an extensive selection of quiche, pastries, and lots of other yummy breakfast & lunch items.ย

Best coffee shops in Palm Beach Gardens
If you’re looking for the perfect lunch spot, Alaina’s Cafe & Bake Shoppe is it! I can’t say it’s the best place to post up to get some work done (it gets really crowded around lunchtime), but it’s no surprise why it’s a local favorite!
Not only is the cafe super cute, but their menu is filled with delicious fresh-to-order paninis and salads, and their sweet treats are all made from scratch! I ordered the turkey burger and an iced coffee, and it was delightful.ย
They also serve beer, wine, and mimosas (I might or might not have snuck one in during my work session, hehe), so you better believe I’ll be going back for brunch!
I’ve pretty much been dreaming about the sandwich I had at Lingonberry Roastery & Bakery since I got it, so I would probably take that as your sign to give it a try for yourself!ย
In addition to their delicious selection of sandwiches (my favorite is the turkey lurkey filled with turkey, sweet pepper bacon, provolone cheese, lemon arugula, and sage mayo on sourdough bread), they have a variety of hot and cold beverages and bake their own bread, pastries, croissants, and cookies in house.ย
Whether you’re looking for the perfect place to grab some sweet treats to go or post up for lunch, I highly recommend checking out Lingonberry. I promise you won’t be disappointed!
Best coffee shops in Jupiter Florida
After a few hours of bar crawling around Love Street, an afternoon pick-me-up at Cones & Coffee is a must! This cute little coffee shop in Jupiter is located across from Guanabanas and walking distance to some of my other favorite waterfront restaurants, like U-Tiki and Square Grouper.ย
They have a variety of specialty coffees from Pumphouse Coffee Roasters and serve 20+ flavors of ice cream AND housemade waffle cones, making it the perfect place to grab a sweet treat after dinner too.ย
Best coffee shops in Wellington
As soon as I found out Candid had coffee flights on their menu, I knew I had to go, and let’s just say the 30-minute drive from Palm Beach Gardens, where I live, was worth it!
Not only is the aesthetic of Candid an Instagram lover’s dream (I mean, do you see these photos?) BUT they have honestly good coffee, too (their website isn’t lying, haha). Now, when it comes to coffee, I typically stick to the basics, but I have to admit, I LOVED every single one of these (see picture above), including the maple vanilla latte, which was a huge surprise!
What makes this particular coffee shop even better is that it shares a space with Anna Bakes, offering a variety of delicious scones, savory hand pies, cakes, and more. Additionally, there are themed pastry boxes available that change monthly. When I visited back in October, they were Harry Potter-themed. Just saying! ๐

Best coffee shops in West Palm Beach FL
If you’re looking for a cozy spot to grab a coffee and post up for a few hours to get some work done, I would definitely recommend checking out Alchemy Juice Co + Market. Alchemy is located on the historic 500 block of Downtown West Palm Beach and makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door with its eclectic decor and comfy atmosphere.ย
Their menu is filled with everything from cold-pressed juice and aรงaรญ bowls to delicious sandwiches and so much more! They also have a full coffee bar and offer several breakfast and lunch options that all look so yummy. My eyes, of course, went right to the BLT as soon as I opened the menu, and it did not disappoint!
In addition, Alchemy also has a really cute patio in the front, AND it’s located next to O’Sheas Irish Pub, so if you’re looking for a good place to grab coffee before cocktails, then this is the place for you!

I think Hive might just win the award for the cutest coffee shop in Palm Beach County! Not only is Hive a bakery and cafe with a full brunch menu, but they ALSO have a home store, boutiques, and they offer design services. I mean, just take my money already!
If you’re planning on visiting the cafe and sitting down to eat, I highly recommend making a reservation here, as it does get busy. You can also grab and go from the bakery, OR you can scan a QR code and dine at the outside patio too!
Before leaving, you have to pop into all of their different stores, too, even if it’s just to look. I should probably warn you that it is pretty pricey, but a girl can dream, right?

If you’re looking for a truly unique coffee shop where the beans are literally roasted right in front of you, Pumphouse Coffee Roasters in West Palm Beach is it!
Not only does it smell heavenly as soon as you walk through the door, but the aesthetic is on point, AND they have a fantastic menu, too. While there, I ordered an iced coffee (that came in a fancy glass, might I add) and the most delicious breakfast sandwich I think I’ve ever had.
If you want to get out of the house (or the office) for a few hours to get some work done, it’s also a great place to post up and recharge, as they have TONS of seating.

Now, when it comes to breakfast, there’s no better combination than coffee and donuts. Am I right?! Insert >> The Salty Donut, located right in the heart of Downtown West Palm Beach in The Square.
The Salty Donut launched in 2014 out of a 1950s vintage Alijoa camper and has since expanded to many locations across the United States, with several in Florida.
Their menu has a variety of unique donut concoctions you won’t find anywhere else, and they offer many different coffee options, from cold brews and lattes to espresso and cappuccinos.
If you’re looking for the perfect place to fuel up for the day or on the hunt for a sweet treat while shopping in The Square, this is the place to go!
