One of my New Year’s resolutions this year is to stop shopping as much, which as you can imagine is hard to do as a fashion blogger! I can’t even tell you how much money I’ve spent on clothing since I’ve started blogging, and I’m especially ashamed to admit that I’ve only worn most things once!
The beauty of fashion is that it can be worn in so many different ways, and just the addition of an accessory or change of a jacket can completely recreate your outfit! Not everyone can afford to buy a new outfit for every outing (at least I know I can’t), so it’s time to get creative and start reinventing your wardrobe with things you already have.
Not only am I going to show how to style the same skirt 5 different ways, but I’m also going to show you how to transition it from Winter to Spring! Which look is your fave? Click each image below to shop!
Winter is usually pretty short lived in Florida, however I feel like this year has been our longest stretch of cooler weather in a really long time. I’ve definitely had to bust out my booties on multiple occasions (which is good because they were getting dusty lol), and I’ve basically been living in sweaters for the past two months. I’ve honestly loved it, but it has made getting ready a little more challenging. From my experience, an easy way to make your outfit winter ready is to pair it with a sweater, and add tights and booties! Easy right?
I love how a leather jacket can completely change your look and give you all the edgy vibes! Definitely makes me feel like a cool kid! I paired this leopard skirt with a basic black long sleeve top and added heels for the perfect HH look! FYI-My leather jacket is from Topshop and currently on sale for under $50 at Nordstrom.
I think this might be my favorite look of them all! It’s starting to warm up in Florida, so this is one of the ways I would style this skirt for the upcoming Spring season. Pair it with a bodysuit (like pictured) or tank and sandals for the perfect Spring outfit!
I can’t even tell you how much I miss brunch! Charles and I are still trying to stay safe and spend most of our time at home, however we are slowly starting to venture back into the world and dine at some of our fave restaurants outside. Pair this skirt with a comfy chambray button down and straw hat for the cutest brunch look!
I’m loving the whole skirt/dress look with sneaks lately! What do you think? Pair this skirt with your favorite graphic tee and sneaks for the comfiest weekend look! FYI-I just got this Adidas sneaks and they are by far the comfiest shoes I own!
